The Paris-Dauphine University Master of Business Consulting (MBC) in Information Systems is designed to train managers and consultant to the latest project business consulting methods that include the most recent developments in management science and in information and communication technologies, especially in ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning). It also includes a research and consulting path that is devoted to trains researchers and professors in Management Information Systems (MIS) discipline in partnership with Georgia State University, Atlanta, USA.
After completion of the “consulting and ERP” path of the MBC, the graduates are able to:
- Conduct Business Consulting projects for large corporations at the international level;
- Evaluate and recommend the latest information and communication technologies for management;
- Evaluate the impact of ERP (Enterprise Resources Planning) for corporations and conduct ERP implementations projects;
- Compare different business transformation methods and different information systems development methods;
- Analyse competitors and stakeholders at the international level;
- Communicate and manage change using the latest leadership approaches;
- Create marketing plans and business plans for international business;
- Implement Business Process Management (BPM) in corporations;
- Motivate people in corporations and manage teamwork in a cross-cultural context.
Paris Dauphine University is the leading research institution in organization and decision sciences research and education in France. It is ranked in the top 20 universities of France in the Academic Ranking of World Universities (ARWU 2007) (as “Paris 09 University”).
